All Above Cities & towns listed have an additional $55.00 delivery fee
1 - Please make sure your space is large enough to fit the number of inflatables you have rented
2 - We only setup on grass, turf, asphalt, and concrete surfaces. NO DIRT OR ROCK LOTS
3 - Please make sure we will have access to the location you want the inflatable. There may be additional charges if there are a number of stairs, tight gates, or removal of fences etc to gain access to the setup location. These fees will be discussed prior to arrival or upon arrival IF access is limited per these conditions.
4 - There must be an outlet within 50 to 100 feet of location of inflatable. IF multiple inflatables have been rented, you may be required to rent a generator.
5 - We provide our own extension cords
6 - We DO NOT provide hoses for water slide / wet rentals. There is a universal water hose hook up on every water inflatable, you are responsible for having a hose to hook to the inflatable from the water source.
7 - YOU MUST BE PRESENT for the delivery and setup of inflatable. Our delivery team will go through all of the safety operating rules with you.
8 - YOU MUST SIGN our contract at setup
9 - PAYMENT IS DUE AT DELIVERY UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED
10 - We accept Cash, Credit , or Debit
11- Delivery hours are 6AM - 12PM the day of your event. We may setup 1 day prior depending on volume of deliveries our team has.
12 - If the weather on the date of your rental is raining please reach out to us, we will NOT deliver if the winds are in excess of 20MPH. We do not deliver inflatables in the rain. You can choose another date, or get a FULL refund. Weather related events are at the full discretion of Small Town Amusements for the safety of our renters and our equipment.
13 - We DO NOT OFFER CUSTOMER PICK UPS.
